“The Rib Man”, was a name
inspired by several customers and friends over the years. We have been cooking slow hickory smoked
meats for over 15 years at family functions and private events. Formally known
as Babb Boys BBQ, Mike Babb and his older brothers, (Davy and Bob) opened up
their first 2200 sq ft. shop in Topeka, Kansas in the late 1990’s.
After a family move to
Arlington Texas in 2003 and working in education for the past 8 years, The Babb
Boys have decided to bring that Kansas flavor to the great state of Texas. Known for their slow smoked St. Louis
Ribs and signature bbq sauce. The Rib
Man Catering is ready to meet your needs.
We keep the business and menu
simple because we want to focus on what we do well.
